My order shows as delivered but I have not received it.
Please contact your post office about the missing package. The post office have a GPS feature with their scanners that can tell you were the package was delivered to and when it was scanned. If you live in an apartment, please contact the manager about the package and see if they might know where it is or if it was misplaced somewhere else. If you have tried all these, I'm sorry but you will have to file for a missing package to the post office. In the case of a stolen package, please call the police. We are not responsible for a package once it is marked as delivered
Holiday Orders
Hi everyone, for holiday orders, I would recommend everyone to order ahead of time because the schedule for the post office deliveries are hectic and can take up to over a month to be delivered. Especially during Christmas. With that being said, international orders will take even longer. So please order ahead of time.
Changing Address
In order to avoid any fraudulent activity, if you placed an order and wrote the wrong shipping address, your order will be cancelled and refunded so that you can repurchase with the correct address. Sorry that this is such an inconvenience but this can save both parties from any loss and misunderstanding.
International Shoppers
Shipping/ delivery can take anywhere from a few weeks to over a month depending if it is a holiday or depending on the weather.
