Refund policy

Refunds are allowed within 7 days of receiving the product. Any request after these 7 days will be denied. Items are to be returned in their original packaging.

Damaged / Defective Items 

To avoid any misunderstanding, please reported all issues to the shop immediately. Within 24 hours of delivery (Package tracking will be checked) . Any items reported after this time period will be denied. Customers must show proof of the damaged item as well as the packaging/ shipping box. 

In rare cases, where a message was sent before the 24 hour time frame but was somehow lost, we may make exceptions if proof is provided
